Our Work
Our members have supported numerous organizations to build their anti-racism capacity, from developing their racial equity teams to creating and implementing their strategic plans. We have conducted trainings locally and nationally on the subjects of race and racism, understanding white culture, creating racial equity strategies for organizational growth, and unpacking white privilege.
We have also supported organizations by reviewing and providing suggestions to employee handbooks, onboarding processes, professional development, and grievance processes. In addition, we support and create spaces for people of color to dialogue, strategize, and implement actions to move their own equity work.
